On Tuesday nights, our pastor has changed "Praise team practice" to a worship session in which we practice the music for Sunday, pray & praise. It's been an awesome experience & a great change! (Although my schedule hasn't allowed me to play with the praise team lately, this gives me the chance to hang out with a great group of people).

Last night, I ditched the my accoustic and borrowed an electric.

Sweet.

I forgot how much fun a nice electric can be!

Monday, Monday

Well, we've been praying for rain and boy did we get it! It rained pretty steady all weekend. We planned on playing golf Saturday morning, but when we headed out, it kept on raining.

Fortunately, we didn't let the rain stop us and we played anyway. It turned out to be pretty fun and was highlighted by The Kid finding a turtle in the rain and putting it in his pond.

Trying to find blessings in the little things...

Oh....and there's always the Wii.
